New Customer Portal

The Sewickley Water Authority has launched our new customer portal. The new portal allows customers to make online payments without having to create an online account. We now accept many more forms of payment (credit/debit card, digital check, direct bank payments, apple pay, google pay, paypal, venmo and many more). When customers create an account they are able to see their live balance, set up payments and autopay, and sign up for text-to-pay. Registered users will also receive email and text reminders that new bills are available and when a bill is unpaid and the due date is approaching.
