As of June 1, 2020, The Borough of Sewickley Water Authority will no longer be accepting service applications for new tenant accounts. All new water service accounts will be placed into the property owner or management company’s name. This only applies to new accounts; all current accounts may stay in the tenant’s name until a final bill is requested on the account.
At the written request of the owner or management company, the tenant will be added to the account to receive a copy of the monthly bill. Tenants will not be permitted to add or remove themselves from the account.
Property owners may also use the Alternate Contact Form on the website to have the tenant sent a copy of the bill.
